You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Please make sure account information is accurate and up to date.
Acceptable use
You must not use Letly for unlawful activity, fraud, or to process data you do not have permission to process. You must not attempt to interfere with the platform or access areas you are not authorised to use.
Service scope
Letly helps automate operational and compliance tasks, but final legal and regulatory responsibility stays with your business. You remain responsible for your own statutory duties and filings.
Fees and billing

We process personal data in line with UK GDPR and our Privacy Notice. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to upload and process any personal data in your Letly workspace.
Intellectual property
Letly and its software, branding and materials remain our intellectual property. You keep ownership of your own data and content.

You can stop using Letly at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached, there is non-payment, or there is misuse of the service.
